I offer a FREE initial training session to all new clients. 
After discussing your goals and any injuries or limitations you might have, I will take you through an assessment / basic workout so you can get a feel for my training style and I can assess your starting level of fitness.  After this session, you should be able to choose if personal training is right for you and if we are well matched to work together. 
Physical Fitness is one of the most important aspects of overall good health.  Regular physical activity helps build/maintain strength, increase flexibility and range of motion, control and/or lose weight, decreases the risk of many health conditions and diseases, improves mood, boosts energy, promotes better sleep, increases self-esteem and confidence and improves intimacy and sex.  If you are having trouble sticking to a regular exercise regimen, a Personal Trainer can provide a level of accountability and the extra motivation you need to reach your goals.  I work with all age groups and fitness levels on an individual basis to ensure that your workouts are safe, efficient and effective.  Choose from private-studio or in-home personal training.
