Approximately 5 1/2 years ago, I had to take an honest look at my health, weight and future. I was

aging, overweight and miserable with the person I had let myself become! I was used to hiking,

horseback riding and taking adventure trips with my family. It seemed like no time at all had

passed since I was walking, running, swimming: basically active and happy. A little in my

defense, I've had five knee repair surgeries, and two spine fusions, but I had to take action. No

one could motivate me...NO ONE! .......until I met Brandyn.  She is skilled, thoughtful, sensible, knowledgeable, intuitive, fun and tough. She knows exactly how and when to encourage me and when to push, ALWAYS considering my numerous injuries.

She is constantly researching my "issues" and either works around them or strengthens the

area of concern.  Every session begins with Brandyn genuinely asking, "How are you doing today?" She ALWAYS listens and often changes her plan for me that day. Brandyn never has me attempt something

that she doesn't think I should do; however, she will push me appropriately. She is ALWAYS prepared with written detailed session plans and she changes our exercises and constantly adds new ones, enough that I'm never bored with the same routine. When my training session is over, I'm happily exhausted and energized and I know I didn't hurt myself. There were several times when I wanted to skip sessions, but because of our relationship, I never skipped! If you

knew me, your jaw would be dropping now!  I am fitter, stronger, happier, and have lost weight. Brandyn has been on this journey WITH me.

I started meeting with Brandyn two years ago.  My goals were to lose weight and learn some new workout techniques that I could use on my own.  During this time, I have lost over half of my weight loss target and it’s all due to her.  We meet once a week in her studio and I take what I learn from her in those sessions for better solo workouts.  She is very personable and creates a fun environment in which to exercise and her personality is exactly what I was looking for: not a drill sergeant but certainly not passive either.  She pushes me in every session while changing up the routine so that it does not get too repetitive and boring which has been an issue for me in the past.  She has, as she will say, become my accountability even when I’m not with her.  When out to eat and I want a giant cheeseburger and fries, she’s in the back of my mind saying I should maybe have a salad.  I love that about her.  She is a wonderful person who makes working out fun and an hour goes by very quickly.  I feel great after each of our sessions and would certainly encourage anyone looking to better their lives and bodies to sign on with Brandyn.  My initial goal was to meet with her for several sessions, learn what she taught me, and move on.  Obviously, a year later, my Friday afternoons would not be the same without her.

I am very fond of Brandyn.  I first met her when she worked at another facility as a Wellness Coach and we did personal training sessions together.  She decided to leave to start her own business and I wanted to follow her.  Although I was a new client at WellFit, she wouldn't let me pay her until I had used up the sessions I had paid for at the previous location.  That's when I realized what a fine person she is because she was willing to make things right.  She is a thoughtful person and truly interested in the welfare of her clients.  Her sessions are always fresh with new approaches and routines and she always announces what we will be working on and never gives me more than I can handle.  As I am her oldest client in age, she and I talk about many things in our lives and that's enjoyable for me.  Her coaching has increased my muscle mass and lowered my body fat.  She has also helped to keep my weight down with nutrition advice.  She recommends writing everything down that I put in my mouth.  NO CHEATING!

I could not recommend anyone better to work with for personal training services.  Brandyn is a wealth of knowledge.  She is always timely in responding to calls, texts, or emails.  She has a great personality and is motivating.  The workouts that I've done with her have been challenging and are always different, including kickboxing and strength training.  She takes into account any previous injuries or physical limitations and caters the workout to this if needed.  She's very flexible when coordinating our weekly schedule.  She is the best!!  So glad that I started working out with her weekly!  I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO EVERYONE!!                                                                                                ~ M.
